摘　　要：《仓储与配送管理实务》是现代物流管理专业核心课程,文章在分析目前高等职业院校本课程实训教学现状的基础上,以就业为导向,以学生为中心,探索符合高等职业教育和市场需求的基于校内实践课程教学模式及实施措施,以使教学内容与企业需求相融合,提高学生的就业竞争力,培养理论基础扎实,实践能力强,具有创业能力和创新精神的高素质人才。"Warehousing and Distribution Management Practice"is the core course of modern logistics management profession,based on the analysis of the current situation of this course in higher vocational colleges and universities,this paper explores the teaching mode and implementation measures of the course based on in-school practice in line with higher vocational education and market demand,so as to integrate the teaching contents with the needs of enterprises,improve the employment competitiveness of students,and cultivate high-quality talents with solid theoretical foundation,strong practical ability,entrepreneurial ability and innovative spirit.
