摘  要:随着经济社会发展水平的不断提升,企业生产形式发生翻天覆地的变化,人才需求随之发生转变,综合型人才成为新时代各个行业领域短缺的人才类型。核心素养视角下,高职院校舞蹈教育教学改革如火如荼,但仍存在诸多问题制约高职院校舞蹈教育课堂教学的创新发展。对此,高职院校应提高舞蹈文化认知,为课堂教学改革提供思想基础;展开融合性教学改革,不断挖掘舞蹈教育中美育因素;引进项目式教学法,着重培养舞蹈专业学生问题意识;重视跨学科育人理念,促进舞蹈专业学生全面发展。With the continuous improvement of the level of economic and social development,the production form of enterprises has undergone earth-shaking changes,and the demand for talents has changed accordingly.Comprehensive talents have become the type of talents that are in short supply in various industries in the new era.From the perspective of core literacy,the reform of dance education and teaching in higher vocational colleges is in full swing,but there are still many problems that restrict the innovative development of dance education classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges.In this regard,higher vocational colleges should improve the awareness of dance culture and provide an ideological basis for classroom teaching reform;carry out integrated teaching reform,and constantly explore the elements of aesthetic education in dance education;introduce project-based teaching methods,and focus on cultivating dance students'awareness of problems;Attaches great importance to the concept of interdisciplinary education and promotes the all-round development of dance students.
