摘 要:本文依据国家教师资格认定的相关法律法规及高职院校人才培养的要求,构建并量化了包含4个一级指标、10个二级指标及35个三级指标的高职院校“双师型”公共英语教师专业能力标准体系。并从教师自身发展、校企深度合作及政府顶层设计等三个层面探索了公共英语教师专业能力提升的路径,旨在促进高职英语教育的高质量发展及高职院校公共英语教师专业化水平与人才培养质量的提升。According to the relevant laws and regulations of national teacher qualification recognition and the requirements of talent training in higher vocational colleges,this paper constructs and quantifies the professional ability standard system of"double-qualified"public English teachers in higher vocational colleges,containing four first-level indicators,ten second-level indicators and thirty-five third-level indicators.In addition,it also explores the ways to improve the professional ability of public English teachers from three aspects:teacher's own development,school-enterprise deep cooperation and top-level design of the government,aiming to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational English education and the improvement of the professional level of public English teachers and talent training quality in higher vocational colleges.
