摘  要:学风建设是高职院校提高人才培养质量和办学治校水平的重要抓手,应该让全校师生共同参与,贯穿于人才培养全过程,体现在学生教育服务管理工作全方位。通过剖析高职院校学生学习特点,问卷调查了解学风建设现状,基于“三全育人”理念,提出从统筹协调各方教育力量、关注学生各个阶段发展需要、提升学生综合素质三个维度,来加强高职院校学风建设的路径。Study style construction is an important starting point for higher vocational colleges to improve the quality of student training and the level of school management.It should run through the whole process of student training,be reflected in student education,service and management,with all teachers and students involved.By analyzing the learning characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges,and finding out study style construction through questionnaires,based on the concept of"three-whole education",this paper puts forward three dimensions to strengthen study style construction in higher vocational colleges,including coordinating all education forces,caring about students'needs at all stages,and improving students'comprehensive quality.
