摘  要:通过对江西省高职学院产教融合现状的研究可见,在相关产教融合政策保障下,高职院校总体格局与地方经济社会发展基本保持一致,校企合作方式呈现出多元化特点。同时也存在学科配置和产业布局不完全吻合、校企合作内生能力不足、产教融入红利不突出等问题,要求企业、政府部门与高职学院继续加强协调与合作,突破现有的体制机制障碍,激发企业与高职院校合作的内驱力,努力形成校企合作共赢的新局面,真正使产教融合成为服务区域经济发展的新动能。Through the research on the current situation of production-education integration in Jiangxi higher vocational college,it can be seen that under the guarantee of relevant production-education integration policies,the overall pattern of higher vocational college is basically consistent with the local economic and social development,and the school-enterprise cooperation mode shows diversified characteristics.At the same time,there are also some problems such as incomplete matching of discipline allocation and industrial layout,insufficient endogenous capacity of school-enterprise cooperation,and not outstanding dividends of integrating industry and education.It is required that enterprises,government departments and higher vocational colleges continue to strengthen coordination and cooperation,break through the existing system and mechanism obstacles,stimulate the driving force of cooperation between enterprises and higher vocational colleges,and strive to form a new situation of school-enterprise win-win cooperation.So that the integration of industry and education can become a new driving force for regional economic development.
