摘　　要：儒教以儒家思想为最高信仰,在中国古代社会政治、文化、科学方面起到重要影响,也深刻地影响着中医学理论的形成、发展和临床应用。儒教的天人合一观、中和观、变易观、顺势观和司外揣内观,对中医思维方式影响深远,儒教“孝”和“仁”思想及医德和医术统一观,指导中医临床实践。同时儒教对中医发展也存在着不利影响。Confucianism,with Confucianism as the highest belief,played an important role in the social politics,culture,and science of ancient China,and also profoundly influenced the formation,development,and clinical application of TCM theories.Confucianism’s view of harmony between man and nature,neutrality,change and change,follow the trend,and the internal view of outsiders have a profound impact on the way of thinking in Chinese medicine.Confucianism’s“filial piety”and“benevolence”thoughts and the unity of medical ethics and medical skills guide the clinical practice of Chinese medicine practice.At the same time,Confucianism also has adverse effects on the development of Chinese medicine.
