摘　　要：新时代劳模精神是在中国特色社会主义建设进程中逐步形成的主流价值观,科学把握劳模精神需要从生成、理论、价值三个维度入手。新时代劳模精神的生成有其内在的逻辑机理,它以自身生成的文化逻辑、理论逻辑及实践逻辑相统一,为社会主义精神文明建设提供方向遵循。新时代劳模精神是以生产劳动为价值追求的文化映射,是以人民至上为政治旨归的生动诠释,是以社会主义新型劳动关系为目标的价值追求。它的科学内涵,集中凸显了社会主义意识形态的生命力。在中国特色社会主义新时代,赓续劳模精神,丰富和拓展了社会主义劳动观的理论内涵,提供了社会主义实践创新的动力源泉,增强了社会主义文化对人民群众的示范引领作用。The spirit of model workers in the new era is the mainstream value that gradually constructed in the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.To grasp the spirit of model workers scientifically needs to start from three dimensions:generation,theory and value.The generation of model workers spirit in the new era has its internal logic mechanism,which provides direction for the development of socialist spiritual civilization by the unity of cultural logic,theoretical logic and practical logic generated by itself.The spirit of model workers in the new era is the cultural reflection of taking productive labor as the value pursuit,the vivid interpretation of taking the people being supreme as the political purport,and the value pursuit of taking the new socialist labor relations as the goal.Its scientific connotation highlights the vitality of the ideology of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,continuing the spirit of model workers has enriched and expanded the theoretical connotation of socialist labor concepts,provided a driving force for socialist practical innovation,and strengthened the exemplary and leading role of socialist culture for the people.
