摘　　要：质量是期刊生存和发展的基础。在大数据、人工智能、云计算等现代技术飞速发展的时代,海量信息的产生以及学术信息传播路径的多元化,为学术期刊的生存与发展提出了新挑战。为此,学术期刊必须从大量无序信息中发现最有价值、最代表学科发展前沿的成果给予传播。社科学术期刊质量提升的核心是内部质量的提升,强化供给侧的变革是其重要举措。人是社科学术期刊质量提升的绝对因素,编辑主体性发挥是质量提升的基础,编辑的自我价值实现要通过对学术论文的价值判断来实现,编辑需要对论文的学术价值与社会价值进行研判,掌握学术论文创新性的内容评鉴策略,对论题意义、研究范式和价值层级有准确的判断。Quality is the basis for the survival and development of journals.In the era of rapid development of modern technologies such as big data artificial intelligence and cloud computing the generation of massive amounts of information and the diversification of academic information dissemination paths pose new challenges for the survival and development of academic journals.For this reason academic journals must discover the most valuable and most representative of the forefront of discipline development from a large amount of disorderly information and disseminate them.The core of the quality improvement of social science academic journals is the improvement of internal quality and strengthening the reform of the supply side is an important measure.People are the absolute factor in the improvement of the quality of academic journals in social sciences and the editor􀆶s subjectivity is the basis for quality improvement.The realization of the editor􀆶s self-worth must be realized through the value judgment of academic papers.The editor needs to judge the academic value and social value of the paper master the innovative content evaluation strategies of academic papers and have accurate judgments on the meaning of the topic research paradigm and value hierarchy.
