摘 要:目的调查我国五城市老年人饮水量及饮水类型。方法采用简单随机抽样的方法从济南、太原、南昌、合肥、广州五个城市招募60~79岁居民。采用定量水杯进行饮水量调查,连续记录调查对象7d24h每次饮水量及饮水类型。按照体质指数(BMI)进行四分位数分组,比较不同城市、年龄、性别及BMI分组调查对象饮水量和饮水类型的差异。结果完成调查人数524名(男性233名),年龄为(69.7±5.3)岁。调查对象每日总饮水量的中位数(M)为1241ml,济南、太原、南昌、合肥、广州的调查对象每日总饮水量M分别为1219、1401、1369、1164、1231ml,各城市之间的差异存在统计学差异;60~64岁老年人每日总饮水量M(1264 ml)最高,65~69岁年龄段人群每日总饮水量最低(1229 ml);男性每日总饮水量M(1229 ml)低于女性(1253 ml);不同年龄、性别及BMI分组每日总饮水量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。调查对象每日白水、茶水、奶制品饮用量的M分别为868、43、193ml。五城市比较发现,白水、奶制品饮用量最高的均为太原地区的调查对象。75~79岁白水饮用量最高(919 ml),65~69岁茶水饮用量最高(57 ml),60~64岁奶制品饮用量最高(166 ml)。男性、女性调查对象饮水类型均以白水为主。不同BMI分组中仅奶制品饮用量的差异有统计学意义。每日总饮水量未达到推荐值的调查对象占73.3%(女性79.0%,男性68.7%)。结论老年人每日总饮水量未达到推荐值的比例较高,不同城市调查对象每日总饮水量不同。老年人饮水类型以白水为主,不同性别、城市、年龄的老年人饮水类型分布不同。Objective To investigate the amounts and types of total fluid intake of the elderly in five cities of China.Methods A simple random sampling method was used to recruit residents aged 60 to 79 from five cities:Jinan,Taiyuan,Nanchang,Hefei,and Guangzhou.Total fluid intake was assessed by 7 day 24 hour fluid intake questionnaire,with a customized quantitative cup.Subjects were asked to record the amount and type of fluids consumed each time.The quartiles were grouped according to body mass index(BMI)and the differences in the amounts and types of fluid intake among subjects in different cities,ages,genders,and BMI were compared and analyzed.Results A total of 524 subjects completed the investigation,of which 233 were males,aged(69.7±5.3)years old.The median of total daily fluid intake was 1241 ml,and the medians of daily total fluid intake of the subjects from Jinan,Taiyuan,Nanchang,Hefei,and Guangzhou were 1219,1401,1369,1164,1231 ml,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant.The median of total daily fluid intake(1264 ml)of the elderly aged 60-64 was the highest,and that of the 65-69 years old subjects the lowest median(1229 ml).There was no statistical difference in total fluid intake among different age groups.The median of daily total fluid intake(1229 ml)of males was lower than that of females(1253 ml).There was no statistically significant difference in daily total fluid intake between different age,gender or BMI groups(P>0.05).The amounts of plain water,tea,and dairy products that subjects consumed each day were 868 ml,43 ml and 193 ml.Among different cities,subjects from Taiyuan had the highest median intake of plain water and dairy products.Among different ages,75-79-year-old subjects had the highest median intake of plain water(919 ml),65-69-year-old subjects had the highest median intake of tea(57 ml),and 60-64-year-old subjects had the highest median intake of dairy products(166 ml).Both male and female subjects chose plain water as the main fluid type.Only the difference in the me
