情景模拟教学结合问题导向式学习在急性氯气中毒教学中的应用

摘  要:目的研究情景模拟教学(scene simulation teaching,SST)结合问题导向式学习(problembased learning,PBL)模式在急性氯气中毒教学的应用效果。方法选择2014级北京大学公共卫生学院预防系医学生56人,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组28人。对照组学生采用课堂授课教学,实验组采用SST结合PBL教学。教学结束后对学生进行理论知识考核、综合素质技能考核及教学感受反馈调查。结果SST结合PBL教学模式与传统课堂讲授式教学模式在基础理论知识方面的效果类似,在综合素质技能考核方面有明显的优势,如氯气中毒救治技能[(83.04±7.24)、(72.14±6.99)],应急救援综合能力[(86.79±6.41)、(69.82±6.31)]。DREEM量表调查结果显示,在培养学生的自信心[(3.11±0.79)、(2.64±0.70)]、培养解决问题的能力[(3.18±0.62)、(2.54±0.79)]、激发学习兴趣[(2.93±0.60)、(2.46±0.84)]、促使学生转变为主动学习者[(3.46±0.51)、(2.43±0.74)]方面,SST结合PBL教学模式的评分要明显优于传统课堂讲授式教学。结论SST结合PBL教学模式在提高预防系医学生的临床诊疗技能和应急救援综合能力方面有良好的效果。Objective The aim was to study the effect of scene simulation teaching(SST)combined with problem-based learning(PBL)mode in the teaching of acute chlorine gas poisoning.Methods A total 56 undergraduates of 2014 grade from Preventive Medicine Department,School of Public Health,Peking University were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,with 28 students in each group.The control group received lecture-based teaching in classroom,while the experiment group received SST combined with PBL teaching.Theoretical knowledge assessment,comprehensive quality and skill assessment,and teaching experience feedback survey was conducted for students after the training.Results SST combined with PBL teaching mode had similar effect with traditional lecture-based teaching on basic theoretical knowledge,but had obvious advantages in comprehensive quality and skill assessment such as the treatment skills for chlorine gas poisoning([83.04±7.24),(72.14±6.99)]and the comprehensive ability for emergency rescue([86.79±6.41),(69.82±6.31)].The results of DREEM scale showed that SST combined with PBL teaching mode was obviously better than traditional lecture-based teaching in the items of increasing students′self-confidence([3.11±0.79),(2.64±0.7)],cultivating problem-solving ability([3.18±0.62),(2.54±0.79)],inspiring interest in learning([2.93±0.60),(2.46±0.84)],and promoting students to become active learners([3.46±0.51),(2.43±0.74)].Conclusion SST combined with PBL teaching mode showed a good effect in improving the clinical skills and comprehensive competence for emergency rescue of the medical students from Preventive Medicine department.
