摘  要:2022年,中共中央组织部、教育部等八部委启动教育人才“组团式”帮扶工作。笔者通过对贵州省五县各一所普通高中的现场调研发现,帮扶工作在深度调研摸清底数、团队融合聚集力量、微型改革促进发展、援受双赢升华帮扶等方面取得较好成效,但硬件掣肘亟待打破。基于此,提出下一步工作建议:注重学校发展的顶层设计;注重学校课程建设;抓住根本深化课堂教学变革;持续推进教学硬件设施的升级改造;充分发挥派出帮扶校长的作用等。In 2022,eight ministries and commissions,including the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee and the Ministry of Education,launched the educational"organized group"assistance program.Through on-site research on one ordinary high school in each of the five counties in Guizhou,the author found that the assistance work has achieved good results in scoping out the real situation by in-depth research,uniting efforts by team integration,promoting development by micro reforms,and sublimating the assistance by win-win development.However,the infrastructure constraints need to be broken.Based on this,suggestions for the next step are proposed as follows:Paying attention to the top-level design of school development;Emphasizing the curriculum construction;Deepening the teaching reform;Promoting the upgrading and transformation of teaching facilities continuously;Giving full play to the role of the principals from eastern schools.
