摘  要:目的 评价基于慕课的翻转课堂这一新型临床教学模式在内科学教学中的应用。方法 选取蚌埠医学院2018级100名五年制临床医学本科生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各50名。对照组采用传统的教学模式进行教学,观察组采用基于慕课的翻转课堂新型教学模式进行授课,在教学课程结束后分别进行理论考核、临床技能操作及问卷调查评分,根据考核结果分析两种教学模式的效果。结果 理论考核、临床技能操作及问卷调查评分三种考核结果,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。并且观察组中大多数学生认为基于慕课的翻转课堂相的新型教学方法可以提高学生的自学的积极性及达到预想学习效果。结论 基于慕课的翻转课堂临床教学模式应用在内科学的教学中,不仅能够增强团队协作的能力、提高学生的独立思考的能力,而且能够提高内科学的临床教学质量。有望将此模式在内科学教学中进一步推广应用,为临床教学方式提供新思路。Objective To evaluate the application of a new clinical teaching model of MOOC based flipped classroom in internal medicine teaching.Methods 100 five-year students majored in clinical medicine of grade 2018 from Bengbu Medical College were enrolled as study subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.Students in the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode for teaching,while students in the observation group adopted the new flipped classroom teaching mode based on MOOC.At the end of the teaching course,theoretical assessment,clinical skill operation and questionnaire survey score were conducted respectively.The effects of the two teaching modes were analyzed according to the assessment results.Results In terms of theoretical assessment,clinical skill operation and questionnaire survey score,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).In addition,most students in the observation group believe that the new teaching method of flipped classroom based on MOOC can improve students'enthusiasm of self-study and achieve the expected learning effect.Conclusions The clinical teaching model of MOOC based flipped classroom can not only enhance the ability of teamwork and improve students'ability of independent thinking,but also improve the quality of clinical teaching of internal medicine.It is expected to further promote and apply this model in internal medicine teaching,and provide new ideas for clinical teaching methods.
