摘　　要：目的 “本硕博”贯通式人才培养模式作为新时代“双一流”学科的热点尝试,不仅是高校改革拔尖创新人才培养模式的重要实践与探索,更是对新一轮科技革命和产业变革浪潮的教育应答。方法 本文以暨南大学药学学科为例,分析了“本硕博”贯通式格局在推动新一轮“双一流”建设中的重要意义及关键举措,实现对国际化拔尖药学人才培养模式的思考及实现路径探索。结果与结论本文为药学学科和其他优势学科“双一流”建设过程中突破“平而不尖”及跨越式“冲一流”的进一步实现提供可参考的思路和实践经验。OBJECTIVE As a hot experiment of“Double First-Class”disciplines in the new era,the bachelor-master-doctor integrated talent cultivation mode is not only an essential practice and exploration to reform the talent cultivation mode of universities,but also an educational response to the new wave of technological revolution and industrial change.METHODS Taking the pharmacy discipline of Jinan University as an example,this paper analyzes the significance and key measures of the bachelor-master-doctor integration pattern in promoting the new round of“Double First-Class”construction,and explores the thinking and realization paths of the internationalized cultivation mode of top-notch pharmacy talents.RESULTS and CONCLUSION This paper is intended to provide referential ideas and practical experience for the further realization of the“Double First-Class”construction of pharmacy disciplines and other disciplines of excellence in the process of breaking through the“ordinary but not outstanding”and leapfrogging to the“first-class”.
