摘 要:目的:探讨分散-集中式多元化教学方法在骨科临床带教中的作用。方法:选取2020年10月—2021年10月在西南医科大学附属医院骨科实习的48名临床医学生作为研究对象,根据带教方法不同分为观察组与对照组,各24名。对照组应用常规带教方法,观察组实施分散-集中式多元化教学。比较两组实习成绩、带教满意度。结果:观察组理论、实践成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组理论知识掌握、自主学习能力、临床思维、学习积极性、团队协作能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分散-集中式多元化教学法可提高教学效果,学生对该教学模式的满意度较高,有助于学生综合素质的培养。Objective:To explore the effect of decentralized-centralized diversified teaching method in the clinical teaching of orthopedics department.Methods:From October 2020 to October 2021,48 clinical medical students who practiced in the Department of Orthopedics of the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University were selected as the study subjects and they were divided into observation group and control group according to their teaching methods,with 24 students in each group.The control group applied conventional teaching methods,and the observation group applied decentralized-centralized diversified teaching.The internship performance and satisfaction with teaching were compared between the two groups.Results:The theoretical and practical scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge mastery,independent learning ability,clinical thinking,learning enthusiasm and teamwork ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The decentralized-centralized diversified teaching method can improve the teaching effect,and students are highly satisfied with this teaching mode,which is conducive to the cultivation of students'comprehensive quality.
