摘　　要：目的总结南通大学附属江阴医院住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)管理中精准质量控制(简称质控)的方案及应用经验,为住院医师培养提供参考。方法梳理分析住培基地质控过程中的重要环节,成立质控工作组,精准开展相关工作,提出住培管理中精准质控的思考。结果通过建立精准质控体系,有效提升了住培管理质量。结论需要不断建设与完善质控队伍,把控重点内容,精准控制,加强沟通与反馈,持续改进,才能提高质控的效果。Objective To summarize the scheme and application experience of accurate quality control(QC)in the management of standardized residency training(residency training)in Jiangyin Hospital affiliated to Nantong University,so as to provide reference for the training of residents.Methods After sorting out and analyzing the important links in the quality control process of the residency training base,this hospital established a quality control team,accurately carried out the relevant work contents,and put forward the thinking of accurate quality control in the residency training management.Results Through the establishment of accurate quality control team system,the quality of residency training management was effectively improved.Conclusion This hospital need to continuously build and improve the quality control team,control the key contents,assure accurate control,strengthen communication and feedback,so as to improve the quality control.
