摘　　要：目的 讨论浙江大学医学院附属第一医院心血管病学专科医师培训病例讨论的罕见病例,法布雷病。方法 以参加培训的专科医师为主体,通过远程视频平台,联合全国心血管病学专科基地,对病例进行讨论,经过抽丝剥茧,提出初步临床诊断和治疗意见,最后由专家进行点评。结果 该病例最终诊断明确并予以规范治疗。结论 通过对本病例的讨论,最终形成了对心肌肥厚完整的诊疗思维,该过程对专科医师临床思维训练起到很好的促进作用。Objective To discuss a rare case of Fabry's disease in the First Affiliated Hospital,College of Medicine,Zhejiang University.Methods With the trained specialists as the main body,the case was discussed through the remote video platform and the national cardiovascular specialists base.The preliminary clinical diagnosis and treatment opinions were put forward after the selection,and finally the experts made comments.Results The case was diagnosed and standardized treatment was given.Conclusion Through the discussion of this case,a complete diagnosis and treatment thinking of myocardial hypertrophy can be finally formed,which plays a good role in promoting the clinical thinking training of specialists.
