摘  要:目的 针对我国医学教育课程学习难度大、师资力量不足、学生自主学习积极性不高、学生课业负担普遍较重等特点,探索改良型“半”翻转课堂教学模式在《医学寄生虫学》课程的实施路径。方法 按照《医学寄生虫学》各论讲授的一般规律,设计“半”翻转教学模式和实施流程,举例分析案例选取、资源筛选、个性化学习、课后学习、考核多元化等步骤的实际操作和方法。结果 为保证“半”翻转课堂教学效果,课前预习内容以学生盲点和兴趣点为核心,选择适合自主学习的短视频,合理利用在线资源和APP实现个性化学习。课堂翻转内容的选择要注重知识体系完整性和自主探究深广度的平衡,课后自学部分则应兼顾巩固性和开放性。考核的多元化选择也是以能力培养为目的。结论 “半”翻转教学模式虽然在一定程度增加教师的备课辅导负担和学生的学习课业压力,但适应后是终身受益的,在获得知识的同时培养学生辩证和创新的思维。Objective To explore the implementation of the improved“semi”-flipped classroom teaching model in the Medical Parasitology course, so as to cope with the problems of medical education such as learning difficulties, lack of teachers, low enthusiasm of independent learning and heavy curriculum burden.Methods The“semi”-flipped teaching model and the implementation process were designed, and the actual operation and methods of case selection, resource selection, personalized learning, after-class learning and diversified assessments were analyzed with examples on the bases of the general teaching patterns of the Medical Parasitology course.Results In order to ensure the teaching effect of “semi”-flipped classroom, previews mainly focus on the knowledge that students have not yet mastered or easily overlooked, as well as what they are interested in.Personalized learning can be realized by selecting short videos suitable for independent learning and by making reasonable use of online resources and apps.The selection of contents should pay attention to the integrity of the knowledge system and the balance between the depth and breadth of independent inquiry.The contents of self-study after class should not only help consolidate the learned knowledge, but also be open.The diversification of assessments should also aim at ability cultivation.Conclusions Although the“semi”-flipped teaching model increases the burden of preparation and tutoring for teachers, and adds the pressure of learning and schoolwork for students to a certain extent, it will bring lifelong benefits after a period of adaptation, and will enable students to cultivate dialectical and innovative thinking in the process of acquiring knowledge.
