摘  要:高职女大学生是新时代女性技能人才主力,提升高职贫困女大学生自信水平是助力新时代女性成才的必要前提。采用3(同质组、异质组、对照组)×2(前测、后测)实验设计,通过8次团体辅导干预,有效提升了高职贫困女大学生的自信心水平。研究引入异质贫困组,丰富了贫困女大学生心理和团体辅导的研究内容。遵循自愿原则进行被试分组,高自信心水平控制组启示高职心理育人要充分发挥少数高自信水平贫困女生的朋辈示范引领作用,以提升大多数贫困女大学生的自信心。Female college students in higher vocational colleges are the main force of female skilled talents in the new era,and improving the self-confidence level of poor female college students in higher vocational colleges is the necessary prerequisite to help women become talents in the new era.An experiment of 3(homogeneous group,heterogeneous group and control group)times 2(pre-test&post-test)is conducted.Through 8 times of group counseling intervention,confidence level of the students in question has a significant rise.The introduction of the heterogeneous group of poor students adds new perspective to the psychological group counseling study.Grouping of subjects follow the principle of voluntariness.The test result of control group of students with higher confidence shows that it is essential for vocational colleges to fully exert the influence of the minority peers with higher confidence level,thus helping promote the confidence of the majority of poor female college students with lower confidence.
