摘 要:为了揭示煤矿水害事故成因,探究其内在联系,通过改进的人因分析与分类系统来辨识事故报告中的不安全因素,在此基础上运用Apriori算法挖掘因素之间的强关联规则,从行为组织层面探究了事故内部影响关系,构建了事故发生的主要人为致因路径。结果表明:技术条件、技能型差错和习惯性违规是最频繁的问题形式;挖掘出了部分因素之间的组合关系,如出现了监督违规问题时,很容易导致工人发生习惯性违规;根据因果关系形成了“刻意性违规”和“错误性违规”两条主要事故发生链,总结了事故发生的主要原因并提出措施进行指导改善。In order to reveal the causes of coal mine flood accident and carry out the exploration of their internal connections,the identification of the unsafe factors in accident reports was made through an improved human factor analysis and classification system.Based on this,the Apriori algorithm was adopted to excavate the strong association rules between factors.The exploration on the internal impact relationship of the accident was conducted from the behavioral organization level.The main human-induced path of the accident was constructed.It is concluded that the most frequent problem forms are reflected in the technical conditions,skill-based errors and habitual violations.The combination relationship between some factors is mined,and it is easy to cause habitual violations of workers when the problem of supervision violations appears.The“intentional violation”and“erroneous violation”as the two major accident chains are formed according to the causal relationship,then the summary of the main reasons for the accident is carried out and the measures are proposed for guidance and improvement.
