摘 要:师生交往是大学生思想道德素质评价得以展开和取得成效的前提与基础,离开了师生交往,就没有真正的大学生思想道德素质评价。但在当前的评价实践中,师生交往的本质深受工具化、单向化、管教化的价值驱使而呈现出空场、失当以及对话丧失等困境,以致评价应有的育人之本真被遗忘,和谐之美被解构,本体性价值被消解。推动师生交往的理念革新、主体确认和策略优化,是实现大学生思想道德素质评价价值回归、促进当代大学生德识德性德行生成的必由之路。Teacher-student communication is the basis for college students’ideological and moral quality evaluation to be carried out and achieve results.There would be no authentic evaluation without teacher-student communication.In current evaluation practice,however,the essence of teacher-student communication is driven by values of instrumentalization,unilateralization and discipline,which brings about dilemmas such as empty space,inappropriateness and loss of dialogue.These dilemmas may make the nurturing nature of evaluation be ignored,the beauty of harmony be deconstructed and the ontological value be dispelled.To promote idea innovation,subject confirmation and strategy optimization of the teacher-student communication is the inevitable course for achieving the value return of students’ideological and moral quality evaluation and forming college students’moral consciousness,moral behaviors and moral habits.
