地方党史资源赋能属地高校育人的价值与路径

摘　　要：自诞生之日起,中国共产党就开始带领全国各族人民进行艰苦卓绝的革命斗争,留下了成果丰富的红色文化遗产。这些遗产是新时代高校育人的宝贵资源,在立德树人教育实践中具有重要价值。地方党史是中国共产党历史的有机组成部分,有着显著的历史性、唯一性、多样性与先进性,具有赋能属地高校育人的独特价值。属地高校可以从“党史资源+思政课堂”“党史资源+实践育人”“党史资源+学生党建”“党史资源+生涯教育”“党史资源+师风涵养”“党史资源+校园景观”等六维出发,使地方党史资源与高校育人体系共生共融,促进高校育人生态的优化和改进。Since its birth,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has led the Chinese people of all ethnic groups in arduous revolutionary struggles,leaving behind rich red cultural heritages.These heritages are valuable resources for college education in the new era and have important value in the practice of moral education and and talent cultivation.The local Party history is an organic part of the whole history of the CPC,which has remarkable historical significance,uniqueness,diversity and advanced nature,and has the unique value of empowering education in local colleges.Based on the six dimensions of“Party history resources+ideological and political classes”,“Party history resources+practical education”,“Party history resources+Party building among students”,“Party history resources+career education”,“Party history resources+teachers’ethics edification”and“Party history resources+campus landscape”,the local colleges can promote the optimization and improvement of the overall education ecology through the coexistence and integration of the local Party history resources and the college education system.
