摘 要:目的:探讨小学初任教师职业认同感的发展状况及师范类与非师范类小学初任教师职业认同感之间的差异,为提升小学初任教师的职业认同感提供有效依据。方法:采用中小学教师职业认同量表对福建地区281名小学初任教师进行问卷调查。结果:(1)小学初任教师的教师职业认同感处于中等偏上水平;(2)师范类与非师范类的小学初任教师除了职业归属感这一维度不存在显著差异,在职业认同感总分以及职业价值观、角色价值观和职业行为倾向等存在显著的差异(t=-1.154~-3.537,P<0.05),且师范类小学初任教师在总分及各个维度上得分均低于非师范类小学初任教师。结论:小学初任教师的职业认同感总体水平较高,但师范类小学初任教师的职业认同感明显低于非师范类小学初任教师,提示师范院校应从源头上提升师范生职业认同感。Objective:To explore the development of the professional identification of the primary school teachers and the difference between the professional identification of the normal primary teachers and the non-normal primary school teachers,so as to provide effective equality for the improvement of the professional identification of the primary school teachers.Methods:Using the Professional Identification of Elementary and Secondary School Teachers Scale,a questionnaire survey was administered to 281 beginning elementary school teachers in the Fujian region.Results:①Beginning primary school teachers'professional identification with the teaching profession was at a moderate to high level;②There was no significant difference in the dimension of professional belonging.Significant differences existed between normal and non-normal beginning elementary school teachers in their total professional identification scores and in the dimensions of professional values,role values,and professional behavioral tendencies(t=-1.154~-3.537,P<0.05),and the normal elementary teachers performed worse than the non-normal.Conclusion:The overall level of professional identity of first-time teachers in primary schools is relatively high,but the professional identity of first-time teachers in normal primary schools is significantly lower than that of first-time teachers in non-normal primary schools,suggesting that normal colleges and universities should improve the professional identity of normal students from the source.
