摘 要:为了应对突发传染性疫情对高速列车运输工作的影响,降低疫情在高速铁路旅客运输过程中扩散的风险,安全、高效地完成突发疫情条件下高速铁路旅客运输任务,对突发疫情条件下高速列车运行调整问题展开研究。在分析传染性疫情对高速列车运行影响的基础上,根据其严重程度,将车站所在地划分为“疫情爆发地”和“疫情发生地”。为压缩旅客在站内乘降时的接触时间,降低疫情传播可能性,针对车站所在地疫情的具体情况,分别采取增加列车追踪间隔、车站发到时间间隔及禁停等措施,设计疫情影响条件下列车到站追踪间隔和车站发到时间计算方法。以列车总晚点时间为目标,以列车在“疫情爆发地”车站禁停规则、在“疫情发生地”车站到达间隔、列车在区间最少运行时分、在站最少停站时分为约束,建立考虑旅客接触时间的高速列车运行调整模型。针对该模型,运用量子粒子群算法进行求解,得到了突发传染疫情条件下的列车运行调整计划,该计划准确响应了突发疫情条件下减少旅客接触的要求,并很好地控制了高速列车的总晚点时间。将计算结果与经典粒子群算法计算所得结果进行对比,发现计算效率提高12.54%。给出的算例计算结果证明了所建立模型的有效性和算法的高效性,所提出的方法可为突发疫情条件下的列车运行调度工作提供决策支持。This paper studied the train rescheduling problem under circumstance of infectious epidemic emergency,in order to cope with the impact of the infectious epidemic on the high-speed train transport,reduce the risk of the spread of the epidemic in the process of high-speed railway passenger transport and complete the task of high-speed railway passenger transport.It classified the places as the“existence places”and“outbreak places”according to the influence degree based on the analysis of the impact of infectious diseases on the operation of high-speed trains.Measures such as increasing train tracking interval and station departure-arrival interval and banning stopping were proposed respectively to reduce the passenger contact time when they get on and get off the train and the possibility of epidemic transmission due to the specific situation of the epidemic at the station site,and the calculation method of train arriving interval and departure-arrival interval under the influence of the epidemic was designed.It established the train rescheduling model with consideration of passengers contact time by taking total delay time of high-speed trains as the optimization goal,non-stop rule,arriving interval on station of existence places,minimum running time of the train in the sections,minimum stop time,and minimum departure-arrival time as the constraints.Quantum particle swarm algorithm was used to find the solution of the model and the rescheduled operation plan was obtained,which accurately responds to the requirement to reduce passenger contact under emergency conditions and controls the total delays of high-speed trains commendably.Comparing the calculation results with the results that were calculated out with classical particle swarm algorithm,it is concluded that the calculation efficiency is increased by 12.54%.The calculation results of the computing case demonstrate the effectiveness of the established model and the high efficiency of the algorithm.The method proposed in this paper can provide decisio
