血液科护士智慧化血液管理体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血液科护士对智慧化血液管理的体验,为进一步改进提供参考。方法采用访谈法对某院血液科8名护士进行半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi 7步资料分析法进行分析。结果共提取出4个主题,分别为:(1)对智慧化血液管理的理解;(2)多重体验感;(3)存在问题与建议;(4)对智慧化血液管理充满期待。结论智慧化血液管理可以保障输血及时性,降低输血不良事件发生,避免血液资源浪费,给临床工作带来便利。还需进一步完善以更好地适应临床工作,如加大护士培训力度,关注护士使用体验等。Objective To explore the experience of nurses in Hematology Department on intelligent blood management,and provide reference for further improvement.Methods8 nurses from Hematology Department of a hospital were interviewed by semi-structured interview method and analyzed by Colaizzi 7-step data analysis method.ResultsA total of four themes were extracted,which were:(1)understanding of intelligent blood management;(2)multiple experience;(3)existing problems and suggestions;(4)full expectations for intelligent blood management.Conclusion Intelligent blood management can guarantee the timeliness of blood transfusion,reduce the occurrence of adverse blood transfusion events,avoid blood waste,and bring convenience to clinical work.Further improvements should be made to better adapt to clinical work,such as increasing nurse training and focusing on nurse experience.
