新时代民族地区社科人才队伍建设的困境与思考

摘　　要：社科人才是创新哲学社会科学理论、促进哲学社会科学繁荣发展的关键所在。文章基于新时代发展背景,分析了民族地区社科人才队伍建设的重要意义、现状与短板,并得出了应从培育引进高层次社科人才、丰富人才培养模式和开展创新性研究、完善评价激励体系等三方面来加强民族地区社科人才队伍建设的结论。Social science talents are the key to innovate philosophy and social science theories and promote the prosperity and development of philosophy and social science.Based on the development background of the new era,this paper analyzes the significance,current situation and weaknesses of the construction of the social science talent team in ethnic areas,and draws a conclusion that the construction of the social science talent team in ethnic areas should be strengthened from three aspects:cultivating and introducing high-level social science talents,enriching talent training models and carrying out innovative research,and improving the evaluation and incentive system.
