基于OBE理论的混合式教学模式在英语专业教学中的应用

摘　　要：OBE理论下的教学模式能够促进现代教学的改革和创新,加强人才对社会的基本规则的认同感和适应性,提升创新能力、逻辑能力、自主能力和实践能力。在混合式教学模式的基础上,基于OBE理念进行资源的整合和教学模式的创新探索,可以进一步强化人才培养机制,提升人才培养管理水平,提升人才的培养力度。文章主要对该类教学模式的概念和应用进行探讨,同时扎根实处探索在英语专业教学中该类教学模式的应用。The teaching mode under the OBE theory can promote the reform and innovation of modern teaching,strengthen the sense of identity and adaptability of talents to the basic rules of the society,and also improve the innovative ability,logical ability,independent ability and practical ability of talents.On the basis of the mixed teaching mode,resource integration as well as innovation and exploration of teaching mode based on the OBE concept are carried out,in order to perfect the talent training mechanism,improve the talent training level and promote the talent training strength.The article mainly discusses the concept and application of such teaching mode,and also explores the application of such teaching mode in English professional teaching.
