摘 要:文中在充分考虑人机工程学的基础上设计了一种特种车辆所用的车载折叠机构。以第50百分位操作人员为例,对车内作业空间进行布局规划,综合水平、垂直作业区域设计设备用折叠机构,并对机构铰接点进行运动学分析,仿真各点运动轨迹,以保证操作人员的舒适性与安全性。同时,对折叠机构关键件的运动速度进行分析,结合分析数据对其进行有限元仿真,以保证设计满足工程需求。This article aims to design an on-board folding mechanism for special vehicles with ergonomics taken into consideration.With the 50th percentile operator as an example,the working space inside the vehicle is subject to layout planning;the folding mechanism is developed for the integrated horizontal and vertical working areas.The kinematic analysis is conducted on the mechanism’s joint points and the trajectory of each point is derived,so as to ensure personnel comfort and operation safety.Besides,the analysis is carried out on the velocity of the folding mechanism’s key parts;in combination with the analytical data,the folding mechanism is subject to finite-element analysis,in order to meet the related engineering requirements.
