摘　　要：在经济发展新形势下,我国制造业越来越需要进行整体转型升级,对高技能人才的需求也不断增强。高职院校肩负着为国家和社会培养高技能应用型人才的重任,肩负着夯实工匠型人才金字塔塔基的光荣使命,完成这些任务和使命,离不开基层党组织政治引领作用的发挥。可以工匠精神培养为中心点,通过党建来引领思政教育、文化建设与品牌建设,充分发挥基层党建的政治功能作用和组织力,进而探索依托专业技能打造党建品牌的新路径,拓宽高职院校基层党组织作用发挥的新思路。In the new situation of economic development,China’s manufacturing industry is increasingly in need of overall transformation and upgrading,thus increasing the demand for highly skilled personnel.Higher vocational colleges shoulder the heavy responsibility of cultivating highly skilled and applied talents for the country and society,as well as the glorious mission of tamping the foundation of the pyramid of artisan talents.To accomplish these tasks and missions,it is necessary to play the political leading role of grassroots party organizations.The cultivation of craftsmanship spirit can be taken as the central point,leading ideological and political education,cultural construction,and brand building through party building,giving full play to the political function and organizational power of grassroots party building,and then exploring a new path to build a party building brand relying on professional skills,broadening the new thinking of the role of grassroots party organizations in higher vocational colleges.
