摘  要:以脱水蓖麻油、巯基乙醇和甘油为原料进行酯交换,制备出改性蓖麻油多元醇,然后将改性蓖麻油与异氰酸酯(PAPI)合成聚氨酯灌封胶,对改性蓖麻油不同占比制备的聚氨酯灌封胶进行热重和差示扫描量热分析,并进行拉伸力学性能和耐湿热性能测试。结果表明:当改性蓖麻油占比20%时,聚氨酯灌封胶拉伸强度达到7.4 MPa,断裂伸长率为55%,此时,聚氨酯电子灌封胶拥有良好的热稳定性和耐湿热性。In this paper,a modified castor oil polyol was prepared by transesterification of dehydrated castor oil,mercaptoethanol and glycerol.Then,the modified castor oil and isocyanate were used to synthesize polyurethane potting adhesive.The polyurethane potting adhesive prepared by different proportions of modified castor oil was subjected to thermogravimetric and differential scanning calorimetry analysis,and the tensile mechanical properties and heat resistance were tested.The results shown that the tensile strength of the polyurethane potting compound reached 7.4 MPa and the elongation at break reached 55%when the content of modified castor oil accounts for 20%.At this time,the polyurethane electronic potting adhesive contained good thermal stability and humidity resistance.
