摘 要:传统矿用掘进机液压系统控制精度较低,难以满足当前掘进效率和稳定性的需求。通过分析电液比例控制原理,提出了一种基于PLC的矿用掘进机电液比例控制方法,利用位移传感器来获取液压缸活塞杆的位置信息,以PLC控制器为控制核心,对电液比例方向阀的输出流量进行闭环控制,并采用电流补偿机制来保证电路输出的可靠性。以掘进机水平摆动为例,利用MATLAB联合Simulink系统构建电液比例控制模型,对阶跃条件下的水平摆动速度进行控制。实验结果表明:当电流和负载力发生阶跃变化时,基于PLC的掘进机电液比例控制方法能够平稳地对速度作出调整,且调节用时较少,满足实际控制实时性的要求,能够进一步提升掘进机作业的效率和稳定性。The control accuracy of the hydraulic system of traditional mine roadheader is low,and it is challenging to meet the current requirements of the efficiency and stability of the excavation.An electro-hydraulic proportional control method for mining roadheader based on PLC is presented by analyzing the principle of the electro-hydraulic balanced control method.A displacement sensor is used to obtain the position information of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder.With the PLC controller as the control core,the output flow of the electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve is closed-loop controlled.The current compensation mechanism is used to ensure the reliability of the circuit output.Taking the horizontal swing of a roadheader as an example,an electro-hydraulic proportional control model is built by using MATLAB and the Simulink system to control the horizontal swing speed under step conditions.The results show that when the current and load force change step by step,the electro�hydraulic proportional control method based on PLC can adjust the speed smoothly and takes less time to adjust,which meets the requirements of real-time control,and can further improve the efficiency and stability of the roadheader operation.
