摘 要:为了探究队列行驶车辆的燃油节省情况,以3辆等间距队列行驶车辆为研究对象,对不同侧风环境条件下的跟车过程进行数值模拟,得到队列中各车辆的空气阻力系数。将三维数值模拟得到的散热器边界条件代入轿车散热器-风扇一维散热模型,得到风扇的消耗功率,利用汽车行驶方程式推导得到队列行驶车辆气动减阻而节省的功率及考虑风扇消耗的净燃油节省率公式,探究队列中各车辆的燃油经济性。结果表明:队列行驶主要影响队列中车和尾车散热器的进气速度,进而影响发动机散热风扇功率,散热风扇功率变化和气动阻力功率变化共同影响着队列车辆的燃油经济性;在侧风角度为5°时。队列各车在不同跟车间距下均有较高的燃油节省率,且跟车间距越小各车燃油节省率越高,在跟车间距为0.2倍车长时,队列的平均燃油节省率可达25.6%。In order to explore the fuel saving of platooning vehicles,three platooning vehicles with equal spacing were taken as the research object,and the following process was numerically simulated under different cross-wind conditions,and the aerodynamic drag coefficients of each vehicle in the platoon were obtained.The boundary conditions of the radiator obtained by the threedimensional numerical simulation are brought into the one-dimensional heat dissipation model of the car radiator-fan,and the power consumption of the fan is obtained,and the power saved by the aerodynamic drag reduction of the platooned vehicles and the net consumption considering the fan consumption are derived by using the car driving equation.The results show that platoon driving mainly affects the air intake speed of the radiators of the middle and rear cars in the platoon,and then affects the power of the engine cooling fan.The changes of the power of the engine cooling fan and the power of aerodynamic drag together affect the fuel consumption of the vehicle;when the crosswind angle is 5°,the platoon vehicles have a high fuel saving rate at different following distances,and the smaller the distance,the higher the fuel saving rate of each vehicle.When the distance is O.2 times the vehicle length,the average fuel saving rate can reach 25.6%.
