从湿热角度探析理养脾阴之法

摘　　要：脾阴学说是藏象理论的组成部分,后世医家对其内涵进行阐释与发挥,并将其应用于临床实践。在明清湿热理论的影响下,脾湿之论长,而脾阴之说渐消。仔细梳理脾阴与湿热的相关理论,发现脾阴与脾湿不仅对立且是辩证统一,二者在湿热病的证治中相得益彰。并通过分析湿热病证治用药规律,进一步阐释理养脾阴之法。The theory of spleen-yin is a part of visceral manifestion,theory.Doctors of later generations explain it and apply it to clinical practice.Under the influence of the theory of damp-heat in Ming and Qing dynasties,the discussion of the theory of spleen-dampness is more than spleen-yin.Combing the relevant theories of spleen-yin and damp-heat,it is found that they are not only opposite but also dialectical unity,and they complement each other in the diagnosis and treatment of damp-heat disease.And through the analysis of the law of syndrome and treatment of damp-heat disease,the method of regulating and nourishing spleen yin was further explained.
