摘 要:目的探讨基于雨课堂的混合教学模式在消化病学理论教学中的教学效果。方法选择首都医科大学2019级和2017级4年制管理专业、护理本科专业各2个班级作为研究对象,其中观察组是2019级管理专业学生25名、护理本科专业学生54名,在消化病学理论教学中采用基于雨课堂的混合式教学模式;对照组是2017级管理专业学生37名、护理本科专业学生41名,采用传统教学模式。两组均由同批教师授课。学期结束后比较两组消化病学部分考试成绩。结果理论考核中,观察组管理专业的成绩为(4.6±0.5)分,护理本科专业的成绩为(11.3±1.2)分,对照组管理专业的成绩为(4.3±0.4)分,护理本科专业的成绩为(10.2±1.7)分,观察组学生消化病学考试成绩显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于雨课堂的混合教学模式,可以提高学生的学习成绩,值得在教学中推广和应用。Objective To explore the teaching effect of the mixed teaching mode based on rain classroom in the theoretical teaching of gastroenterology.Methods Two classes were selected from the four-year management major and nursing undergraduate major of Capital Medical University in 2019 and 2017 as the research objects.Among them,the observation group consisted of 25 management students and 54 nursing undergraduate students from the 2019 class.The mixed teaching model based on the rain classroom was adopted in the theoretical teaching of gastroenterology.The control group consisted of 37 management students and 41 nursing undergraduate students from the 2017 class,who adopted the traditional teaching mode.Both groups were taught by the same group of teachers.After the end of the semester,the scores of the gastroenterology part of the two groups were compared.Results In the theoretical assessment,the score of management major in the observation group was(4.6±0.5)points,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(4.3±0.4)points(P<0.05).The score of nursing undergraduate major in the observation group was(11.3±1.2)points,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(10.2±1.7)points(P<0.05).Conclusion The blended teaching mode based on rain classroom can improve students'academic performance and it is worthy of promotion and application in teaching activities.
