供需耦合视角下服装专业学生就业能力结构优化研究

摘　　要：时下我国大学生就业形势比较严峻,劳动市场的供给和需求存在不平衡,而供需不匹配和供需信息不对称等因素是导致就业形势严峻的主要原因。文章基于服装专业学生的就业现状,从供给侧和需求侧的角度出发,分析了服装专业学生就业能力,探讨了供需耦合视角下服装专业学生就业能力结构的优化对策,以供参考。At present,the situation of college students'employment in China is relatively grim.There is an imbalance between supply and demand in the labor market.The main reasons leading to the grim employment situation are mismatch and asymmetry of supply and demand.Based on the employment situation of clothing major students,this paper analyzes the employability of clothing major students from the perspective of supply and demand,and discusses the optimization?path of the employability structure of clothing major students from the perspective of coupling of supply and demand.
