摘 要:目前纱线模拟大都用曲线柱体为模型,但若以曲线柱体代表复丝,难以表达复丝本身纤维层面的外观纹理效果。为解决这一问题,进一步提高纱线与织物模拟的仿真度及纹理真实感,在OpenGL环境下采用三角形拼接曲面的方法首先构造出单丝,提出一种圆周转移算法,对无捻及有捻复丝2种情况下,复丝中的单丝排列或转移分别进行讨论,并建立复丝三维模型。加入三次B样条曲线构造复丝的中心线,通过法向量传值着色器等方式加入OpenGL光照函数增强立体感,最终对复丝机织物的平纹及斜纹组织进行了模拟。模拟结果显示,复丝表层纹理清晰,取得了预期效果。At present,curvilinear cylinders are mostly used as models for yarn simulation.However,if curvilinear cylinders are used to represent the multifilament,it is difficult to express the appearance texture effect of the fiber layer of the multifilament.In order to solve this problem and improve the simulation degree and texture sense of yarn and fabric,monofilaments were constructed by triangle splicing surface method in OpenGL environment.A circular transfer algorithm was proposed,and the arrangement and transfer of monofilaments in the two cases of untwisted and twisted multifilament were discussed respectively,and the three dimensional model of the multifilament was established.The cubic B-spline curve was added to construct the center line of the multifilament,and the OpenGL illumination function was added to enhance the three-dimensional sense through the normal vector value transfer shader.Finally,the plain weave and twill weave of the woven fabric of the multifilament were simulated.The simulation results show that the surface texture of the multifilament is clear and the desired effect is achieved.
