摘 要:机载侧滑仪是监测飞机在空中侧向受力的重要仪表。为解决机械侧滑仪精度无法量化的问题,提出了一种基于惯性测量的机载侧滑仪数字化建模方法,实现了飞行侧滑实时定量数字化显示。首先,从运动学出发导出了侧滑仪的运动理论表达式;进而,以惯性测量信号为输入,基于侧滑仪的动力学分析建立了侧滑仪的力学模型;最后,考虑工程实际对侧滑仪模型进行了简化,仅保留天向比力和侧向比力,并进一步结合实验确定了数字侧滑仪模型的关键参数摆长为10米。由于机械侧滑仪作为目视仪表难以量化,基于图像识别设计了验证实验,对机械侧滑仪和数字侧滑仪的输出进行定量对比,结果显示Pearson相关系数大于0.98。基于所提建模方法设计的数字侧滑仪可以及时准确地监测飞机侧向受力,该数字侧滑仪已在某型飞机上得到应用验证。Airborne sideslip indicator is an important instrument for monitoring aircraft lateral forces in the air.To solve the problem that the accuracy of mechanical sideslip indicator cannot be quantified,a digital modeling method of sideslip indicator based on inertial measurement is proposed to realize the real-time quantitative digital display of sideslip in flight.Firstly,the motion theory expression of the sideslip indicator is derived from the kinematics.Then,the mechanical model of sideslip indicator,which takes measured inertial signal as input,is established based on the dynamics analysis.Finally,considering the engineering practice,the sideslip model is simplified,only retaining the vertical specific force and lateral specific force,and further combined with the experiment to determine the key parameter of the digital sideslip model pendulum length of 10 meters.Because of the mechanical sideslip indicator is difficult to quantify as a visual instrument,a verification experiment is designed based on image recognition to quantitatively compare the output of the mechanical sideslip and the digital sideslip.The results showed that the Pearson correlation coefficient is greater than 0.98.The digital sideslip designed based on the proposed modeling method can monitor the lateral forces of aircraft timely and accurately,which has been applied and verified on a certain type of aircraft.
