摘　　要：专业课程实践教学是培养大学生实践应用能力和创新能力的重要途径。在以产教融合为导向的实践教学改革背景下,以“不动产估价”课程实践教学为例,分析了学科竞赛和产学合作对实践教学目标达成的协同赋能机制,构建了融合两者的专业课程实践教学模式及实施流程,重点包括估价案例库建设、混合型双师队伍建设及两级竞赛考核机制建设,使学生在实践中提高不动产估价技能,显著提升了学生的实践教学参与度,育人成效显著。The practical teaching of professional courses plays an important role in cultivating university students’practical ability and innovation skills.With the practical teaching reform guided by the deep integration of industry and university in recent years,in this paper,taking the practical teaching of Real Estate Appraisal as an example,the integrated enhancing mechanism of skills competition and industry-university cooperation on the achievement of practical teaching objectives is analyzed.Then a practical teaching model which integrates skills competition and industry-university cooperation,and the implementation procedures for professional courses are constructed,with the focus on the construction of an appraisal case collection,a mixed theory-practice advisor team and an assessment model by two-level cascading skill competitions.The results show that this practical teaching model can significantly improve students’participation in practical teaching activities and hence performs satisfyingly in training professionals.
