摘　　要：潍坊工程职业学院努力建设体现新时代特色、高职特色、传统特色的校园文化,形成了“四轮驱动,多元协同”的文化育人模式。融通精工实做的企业文化、续活态传承的非遗文化、弘扬正品塑行的传统文化、开展感恩主题的孝德文化、践行传承道技的工匠文化、打造凝心铸魂的军营文化、厚植培诚明德的书院文化、传承不忘初心的红色文化,八个方面相辅相成,在文化育人实践中取得了良好成效,为培养优秀的高素质技术技能型人才提供了精神动力和文化支撑。Weifang Engineering Vocational College strives to build a campus culture that reflects the characteristics of the new era,higher vocational characteristics,and traditional characteristics,and has formed a cultural education model of""four-wheel drive,multi-level coordination".Integrate the corporate culture of Seiko's practical work,the intangible cultural heritage culture that is continuously and lively inherited,the traditional culture of promoting authentic products,the culture of filial piety with the theme of gratitude,the culture of craftsmen who practice the inheritance of Taoism,and the creation of a barracks that focuses on casting souls.Culture,the academy culture that cultivates sincerity and morality,and the red culture that inherits and never forgets the original intention.Eight aspects complement each other,and have achieved good results in the practice of cultural education,providing spiritual motivation for cultivating outstanding high-quality technical and skilled talents.and cultural support.
