摘  要:在混杂系统的参数性故障诊断中,由于参数的不确定性,会导致元件标称值发生偏移,错误报警频发导致常规自适应阈值的残差评估方法鲁棒性较差。针对上述问题,引入一种在故障检测阶段增强残差决策性能的方法。基于键合图(BG)理论,使用全局解析冗余关系在并网逆变器中进行故障检测与隔离,搭建BG的线性分式变换的混合诊断键图进行参数性故障诊断,可从模型中解耦出不确定部分,减少残差评估时上述错误报警现象且与增量键合图方法进行鲁棒性对比。在20-sim软件以中点钳位型逆变器为例验证了该策略的有效性。In model-based parametric fault diagnosis,due to the uncertainty of parameters,the nominal values of components are offset,and the frequent occurrence of error alarms will reduce the robustness of the residual evaluation method of conventional adaptive threshold.Aiming at the above problems,a method to enhance the performance of residual decision in fault detection stage was introduced.Based on the bond graph(BG)theory,the global analytic redundancy relation was used for fault detection and isolation in grid-connected inverters,and the hybrid diagnosis bond graph of linear fractional transformation was built for parametric fault diagnosis.The uncertain part could be decoupled from the model.The error alarm phenomenon in residual evaluation was reduced and its robustness was compared with incremental bond graph methods.In 20-sim software,the effectiveness of this strategy is verified by using NPC inverter as an example.
