摘  要:产业学院已成为当下产教深度融合培养高素质应用型人才的重要模式,而保障其高质量建设与发展必须重视并解决当下出现的各种校企合作治理问题。在合伙关系视阈下,问题的根源被清晰展示,从而提出了包括准确选择合作伙伴、打造高水平业务团队、强化合作规范性、提升盈利与专业服务能力等优化路径,为我国产业学院建设和职业人才培养提供了新的参考思路。Industrial college has become an important mode for the deep integration of industry and education to cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents.To ensure its high-quality construction and development,it is necessary to pay full attention to and solve various problems in school-enterprise cooperative governance.In the view of partnership relations,the root of these problems is clearly displayed,and then the optimization paths are put forward,including selecting partners accurately,building a high-level business team,strengthening cooperation specification,enhancing profitability and professional service abilities,etc.,which provides a new reference for the construction of industrial colleges and professional talents cultivation in China.
