摘  要:产教融合是高等职业教育增强服务区域产业发展能力和提高人才培养质量的必然选择,需要综合发挥学校、政府、行业、企业等多元主体的作用,但是限于行业、企业与职业教育分别隶属于不同的管理体制,政校行企四方利益纠缠错杂,导致落地的产教融合推进艰难。笔者分析了我国产教融合现状、基本形式,探索园区、协会、企业、本科高校、职业院校“五维度”协同共建生产性实训基地,推动“职业院校+龙头企业+小微企业”深度融合互促,形成“科创成果入课程→科创项目入实践→科创成果双转化”的滚雪球式课创融合模式。The integration of production and education is an inevitable choice for higher vocational education to enhance the ability to serve regional industrial development and improve the quality of talents training.This integration requires to give full play of the roles of schools,government,industry and enterprises.However,due to the fact that these systems belong to different management systems,their interests are entangled and intricate,which makes the implementation of production-education integration difficult.This article analyzes the current situation and basic forms of domestic production-education integration in China,explores the"five dimensions"of collaborative construction of productive training bases by parks,associations,enterprises,universities,and higher vocational colleges,and promotes the deep integration and mutual promotion of"vocational colleges+leading enterprises+small and micro enterprises",forming a snowball type curriculum and innovation integration model of"putting scientific and technological innovation achievements into the curriculum→putting scientific and technological innovation projects into practice→double transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements".
