摘　　要：参考信息系统成功模型,从系统质量、信息质量和服务质量三个维度构建了在线教育平台质量的评价指标体系,使用中国大学MOOC(N=187)和超星慕课(N=138)的用户样本数据,对评价指标体系的信度、效度进行评估,使用主成分分析法确定评价指标权重系数。提出基于模糊综合评价的在线教育平台质量评价方法,并以中国大学MOOC和超星慕课为例,对该评价方法进行实证研究。模糊综合评价结果表明,中国大学MOOC平台质量的优势体现在系统质量和信息质量,超星慕课平台质量的优势体现在服务质量。Referring to the success model of information systems,an evaluation index system for the quality of online education platforms is constructed from three dimensions:system quality,information quality,and service quality.The reliability and validity of the evaluation index system are evaluated using user sample data from China University MOOC(N=187)and Super Star MOOC(N=138),and the weight coefficients of the evaluation index are determined by using principal component analysis.Propose a quality evaluation method for online education platforms based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and conduct empirical research on this evaluation method using MOOC and Super Star MOOC of Chinese universities as examples.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results indicate that the advantages of the MOOC platform quality in Chinese universities are reflected in system quality and information quality,while the advantages of the Super Star MOOC platform quality are reflected in service quality.
