轨道车辆横向振动H∞半主动控制技术研究

摘  要:面对国内轨道车辆在既有线路和高速线路之间跨线运行的需求,为进一步提升车辆跨线运行品质,研制了半主动横向减振系统对车辆振动的改善作用。通过建立车辆横向振动控制模型,设计了H∞半主动减振控制算法。为验证控制算法,搭建了H∞半主动控制联合仿真模型,进行了仿真分析。分析结果均表明:基于H∞控制的半主动横向减振器可以有效衰减车体横向振动,尤其是0.5~3Hz的低频模态振动,幅值可衰减50%以上。In the face of the demand of domestic rail vehicles running across the line between the existing line and the high-speed line,in order to further improve the quality of vehicle running across the line,the semi-active lateral damping system is developed to improve the vehicle vibration.By establishing the vehicle lateral vibration control model,the H∞semi-active damping control algorithm is designed.In order to verify the control algorithm,a joint simulation model of H∞semi-active control is built and simulated.The analysis results show that the semi-active lateral vibration damper based on H∞control can effectively attenuate the lateral vibration of the vehicle body,especially the low-frequency modal vibration of 0.5~3Hz,and the amplitude can attenuate more than 50%.
