摘 要:面对高校广泛开展的数字教学和开放教育实践,开放教育资源(OER)馆员的作用日益突显。国外高校图书馆通过设置开放教育资源馆员专岗、设立证书、组建社区和广纳人才等手段促进馆员OER推广和服务技能的提升,我国也应增设高校OER馆员岗位、试行OER馆员职业技能制度、建立OER馆员社区,联合各界加强师资队伍建设。为此,本文构建了由基本技能、核心技能、高级技能和拓展技能四大模块组成的OER四阶技能体系,提出实施由易到难分步走策略,秉承开放理念丰富和提升培训内容和手段。Facing the extensive digital teaching and open education practice in colleges and universities,the role of open educational resources(OER)librarians is increasingly prominent.Foreign university libraries improve the promotion of librarians5 OER and service skills by setting up special posts for librarians of open educational resources,establishing certificates,and establishing communities and recruiting talents.China should also increase the post of OER librarians in colleges and universities,try out the vocational skills system of OER librarians,establish the OER librarian community,and work with all sectors to strengthen the construction of teachers.To this end,this paper constructs an OER four-level skill system consisting of four modules:basic skills,core skills,advanced skills and expanded skills,proposes a step-by-step strategy to implement from easy to difficult,and adheres to the open concept to enrich and improve training content and means.
