摘  要:住建行业职业教育治理体系建设对丰富和发展现代职业教育体系内涵、推动住建行业职业教育提质培优具有重要意义。这一体系是以职后教育为主体,职前职后教育衔接,根据行业发展要求和从业人员终身发展需求,充分整合政府部门、行业指导委员会、行业协会、职业院校、教培机构、企业等资源,构建涵盖现代化教育、多元化评价、人性化管理、责任化用人、终身化学习等“五维一体”的住建行业职业教育治理体系,有助于推进职前与职后、产业与教育、学与用、职教与普教、多边资源等五方融合,实现多方合作育人、多维协同发展。The construction of the governance system for vocational education in the housing and construction industry is of great significance for enriching and developing the connotation of modern vocational education system,and promoting the improvement and optimization of vocational education in the housing and construction industry.This system focuses on post employment education as the main body,connecting pre and post employment education.According to the requirements of industry development and the lifelong development needs of employees,it fully integrates government departments,industry education guidance committees,industry associations,vocational colleges,education and training institutions,enterprises and other educational resources,and build a"five dimensional integrated"governance system for vocational education in the housing and construction industry,covering modern education,diversified evaluation,humanized management,responsible employment,and lifelong learning,which help to promote the integration of pre and post employment,industry and education,learning and application,vocational education and general education,and multilateral resources,achieving multi-party cooperation in education and multi-dimensional collaborative development.
