提高化工类学生专业的认可度——化工实验室走廊文化建设

摘　　要：第一志愿率低、转专业率高是目前高校化工类专业人才培养面临的普遍问题。问题的根源在于公众对化工行业存在较深误解。为消除该误解,提高学生对化工类专业的认可度和学习兴趣,我校在化工基础实验室走廊中建设了化学工业科普文化专栏,配合专业导论课程、本科生导师制等其它手段,收获了很好的效果。本文详细叙述了我校化学工业科普文化专栏的建设思路、建设内容和建设成效,能够给其他高校的化学化工实验室走廊文化建设提供一定的参考。Public misunderstanding of chemical industry results in the lack of enough college students who choose chemical engineering,which is a common problem faced by the cultivation of chemical engineering professionals in institutions of higher learning.In order to clear up the misunderstandings as well as improve students’recognition and learning interest in chemical engineering,we built a special column for science popularization about chemical industry in the corridor of chemical engineering basic laboratory.The practice confirms that a good effect can be achieved using this new mean.This paper describes the construction idea,construction content and construction effect of the special column for science popularization in detail,which can provide reference for other colleges and universities.
