摘  要:为了解海军院校青年教员的课程思政能力现状,探索能力提升路径,文章以海军院校近三年青年教员为研究对象,通过问卷调查、访谈交流等方法,分析其课程思政教学的优势和不足。优势主要体现在从教意愿、接受能力、创新能力、身心条件等方面,不足主要表现为思想认识偏差、知识储备不足、教学手段单一、学习动力欠缺等。青年教员可以从思想观念、知识储备、授课方式等多方面探索提升自身课程思政教学能力的路径。In order to understand the current situation of curriculum ideological and political abilities of young teachers in naval academies and explore ways to improve their abilities,the article takes young teachers in naval academies in the past three years as the research object,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of their curriculum ideological and political teaching through questionnaires,interviews,and other methods.The advantages are mainly reflected in aspects such as teaching willingness,acceptance ability,innovation ability,physical and mental conditions,while the disadvantages are mainly manifested in ideological and cognitive deviation,insufficient knowledge reserves,single teaching methods,and lack of learning motivation.Young teachers can explore ways to improve their own curriculum ideological and political education teaching abilities from various aspects such as ideological concepts,knowledge reserves,and teaching methods.
