基于层次法的本科毕业论文质量影响因素分析

摘　　要：本科毕业论文是本科教学实践中的重要一环。针对本科毕业论文质量下降问题,从学生层面、指导教师、管理制度和实施条件等方面利用层次分析法全面分析影响毕业论文质量的各个因素,构建影响毕业论文质量各因素的层次结构模型。首先对影响毕业论文质量的各相关因素按照其重要性及属性自上而下地分解成若干层,然后建立判断矩阵并计算其一致性比率来进行一致性检验,最后通过抽样本学院的毕业论文验证所构建模型的合理性。在此基础上提出提升本科毕业论文质量的对策。Undergraduate thesis is an important part of the undergraduate teaching practice.Aiming at the phenomenon of quality decline of undergraduate thesis,the various factors such as student,teacher,management system and implementation conditions affecting the quality are analyzed by using analytic hierarchy process,and establishing hierarchical structure model which affect the quality of undergraduate thesis.First,the related factors affecting the quality of graduation thesis are resolved several hierarchies from top to bottom according to the different attributes,then,the comparison matrix are built and the comparison matrix with consistency are calculated to check consistency,and last,the model is proved reasonable by spot check the graduation thesis.Based on the results,the quality improvement ways are presented for the graduation thesis.
