摘　　要：以“连锁药店典型岗位工作过程”模块为例,对中职课程药店零售服务实训教学进行深入探索,将课前、课中和课后的教学内容进行设计与衔接,应用线上学习平台开展混合式实训教学,达到职业标准对接、教学过程与岗位对接的要求,落实立德树人的根本任务。Taking the"typical post working process of chain pharmacies"module as an example,this paper explores the retail service training teaching of secondary vocational courses,designs and links the teaching content before,during and after class,and applies the online learning platform to carry out Mixed training teaching,to meet the requirements of professional standard docking,teaching process and post docking,and to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality.
