摘 要:为了满足无线传感网络下多目标跟踪对于跟踪精度与网络寿命的需求,提出一种基于粒子群算法和势均衡多目标多伯努利滤波(cardinality balanced multi-target multi-bernoulli filter,CBMeMBer)的多目标跟踪能量均衡算法。算法通过粒子群算法计算网络能量中心,围绕能量中心形成传感器簇从而改善网络结构,在CBMeMBer滤波的基础上,借助Cauchy-Schwarz散度作为评价函数优化传感器节点量测更新顺序,以保证多目标跟踪精度。通过仿真结果证明算法在多目标跟踪精度与网络能量均衡性上的优势。In order to meet the requirements of tracking accuracy and network lifetime during multi-target tracking in Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN),an energy-balance algorithm for multi-target tracking based on Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)and Cardinality Balanced Multi-target MultiBernoulli Filter(CBMeMBer)is proposed.The algorithm calculates the energy center with particle swarm algorithm a sensor cluster around the energy center is formed to improve the network structure.The Cauchy-Schwarz divergence is used as the evaluation function based on the CBMeMBer filter to.optimize the measurement and upgrading sequences of sensor nodes,so that the multi-target tracking accuracy can be ensured.The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is superior in multitarget tracking and energy-balance of network.
